Under art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”), a user acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the seller without any penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days of the day on which they acquired physical possession of the products purchased on the website www.spirulinabecagli.it. In the case of split deliveries, the period runs from the day on which the user acquires physical possession of the last item.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal (Digital Symmetry - Art. 54-bis of the Consumer Code)
To exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with current European protections on the ease of terminating online contracts, the user may use one of the following methods:

Direct Digital Procedure: Access the dedicated function in the website footer and in your account area (or via the order tracking page), fill in the required details and click the explicit confirmation button to submit the request electronically. The system will immediately send the user, without delay and on a durable medium, a receipt confirming that the withdrawal has been received, stating the exact date and time (timestamp) it was sent.

Alternative Method: Fill in completely and send the seller the "Model withdrawal form" at the end of these terms, or send any explicit statement of your decision to withdraw by email to info@severinobecagli.it, or by post to: Via Aurelia Antica 50, 58100, Grosseto (GR).
The user has correctly exercised their right of withdrawal if the communication, or the electronic submission of the request via the guided procedure, is made before the withdrawal period expires (14 days from receipt).
Cancelling an order before it is fulfilled
The user may request cancellation of the order and a full refund, without any cost or penalty, at any time from the conclusion of the contract until the exact moment the order is fulfilled (i.e. handed to the courier and marked as shipped in the store management panel). The request can be made using the same digital withdrawal function or by promptly contacting customer service.
Refund and Right of Retention
The seller will refund all payments received from the user for the product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, including the original delivery costs (calculated on the standard/basic shipping rate offered on the site; any surcharges for express or additional shipping chosen by the user will not be refunded).
The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of the day on which the seller receives the user's communication exercising the right of withdrawal. However, under art. 56, paragraph 3, of the Consumer Code, the seller exercises the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods back at its warehouse or until the consumer has unequivocally shown that they have sent them back with tracking, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method the user used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning the goods and shipping costs
The user must return the products to the seller without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) days of the date on which they communicated or electronically submitted their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the user hands over or sends back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
The user is expressly informed that the costs of returning and shipping the purchased products are borne solely by them and will therefore not be refunded. The goods must be sent to the following warehouse address: Via Aurelia Antica 50, 58100, Grosseto (GR).
Condition of the goods and reduction in value
The user is liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the products other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of withdrawal applies to the product in its entirety. Products must be returned intact, clean, unused and complete with any accessories. If the product is not returned in the suitable condition described above, or a reduction in value due to improper use is found, the seller will quantify the reduction in the economic value of the goods and deduct it from the refund, or reserves the right to send the worn or damaged product back to the user, charging them the related shipping costs.
LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded in the following cases:

The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalised.

The supply of goods which by their nature cannot be sent back or are liable to deteriorate or alter rapidly (see article 62 of Law 27/2012, which defines “perishable food products”).
