Glucomannan, a natural fibre, is a weight-loss aid because it expands in the stomach, increasing the feeling of fullness and naturally reducing appetite. Combined with cocoa, known for its antioxidant properties, and organic spirulina, this weight-loss supplement not only helps control weight but also helps improve general wellbeing thanks to the essential nutrients in cocoa.
In the context of an energy-restricted diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan. Cocoa seeds have a tonic action and support the metabolism in low-calorie diets. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
