Put the oat flakes, water, a pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring. A soft cream will form. If it is too compact you can add a drop of water, if it is too soft continue cooking until you reach the desired consistency.
Let it cool slightly, add the spirulina, mix well and pour into the bowl.
Add sliced fruit, almond butter, knife-cut dark chocolate and toasted almonds to taste.
