Wash the sprouts and cut them into four parts. First in half and then cut into two parts again. Boil water in a pan, add salt and dip your sprouts, leaving them to cook for exactly 5 minutes. This step is very important to avoid drying them out too much when cooking in the oven and to remove their very strong flavour. They will remain much more delicate!
Drain them and distribute them on a baking tray.
Prepare your emulsion: blend together the honey, oil, water and salt.
Pour your emulsion over the sprouts and mix well with the help of a spoon.
Add nutritional yeast on top (optional).
Cook at 180 degrees ventilated for about 40 minutes, they must be nice and soft.
Serve them accompanied by boiled and pan-fried semi-wholemeal rice and our delicious mayonnaise... one leads to another!
