Spirulina Cake with Jam:

Combine the yogurt with the sugar, the eggs and the spirulina powder in a planetary mixer and mix the whisk at maximum for one minute. Add the flour already mixed with the yeast and lastly with the whisk in action add the oil slowly. Place the mixture into a buttered and floured tart mold and bake at 180° for approximately 35 minutes. Once cooked, wait for it to cool and then remove from the pan so that the part of the cake with the cavity is visible, fill it with jam and sprinkle with icing sugar!
